Brand new Contemporary Futon. It folds down easily and flattens completely, so you can convert it from a couch to sleeper in just a second. It also doesn't take up a lot of space if you don't have much room for a spare bed. It just wasn't comfy enough for my long term guest, so we bought a real bed. I am located in Arroyo Grande just behind Walmart.
